Great friendly customer service i was a CB but overwhelmed taking 6 teen boys in for our first time the staff was amazing in guiding us through and getting us set up for a great time to celebrate my sons 13th bday We will defiantly be going back.

Horrible experience, was slowed down because of other riders Paid 70$ for 7-10 minuets of racing just to be told we can’t go to fast or spin out etc. employees were unprofessional lacked a lot of attention to customers they rather have conversations about their co-workers instead of helping customers right in front of their face . All in all horrible experience way overpriced , and completely useless employees that hate their jobs don’t ever come TO K1 IF YOU WANT A GOOD BIRTHDAY IR RACING DAY TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
