Guy instructing was super rude. Asked a simple question and he snatched the instructions out of my hand.
Recently booked for my son's 10 birthday. During different races we had trouble with karts. Birthday Boy's kart broke and was kicked off the last race. Staff was hard to find. I was not made aware of the food package that it only come with 2 pizzas and 2 liter of soda, after the fact of asking me taking a head count of 32 people at the time of booking!
