Disappointed with the Service, Attitude, and Quality. I’ve been a customer at K1 for about three years now off and on, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I took both of my sons in for haircuts, and unfortunately, the service, attitude, and quality were extremely disappointing. For my first son, we clearly pointed to a specific picture for his haircut, yet the barber (Kelly) delivered something completely different.
