Absolutely terrible experience. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times, only to be told that I would have to call back the next day just to schedule an appointment. I honestly don’t understand how a business can operate this way. The receptionist showed no courtesy, no urgency, and no respect for my time. Went for a Nuclear Stress Test, camera broke-11 people waiting because the camera also broke last week! So after being there for 4 hours I have to start over-they are ridiculous! They have knowledgeable Dr's but they are CHEAP!! No understanding of the Customer Service or the Patient, just money is important. Find another group, as I am!
I waited 6 weeks to see dr Younan. Got a 2 30 PM appointment got there at 2 15 and filled out my paperwork at 3 00 I asked if they had wifi they said dr does not share his wifi with anyone. AT 3 45 I needed to use the restroom and they had no toilet paper at 4 30 I asked how much longer it's been 2 hours. They responded another to 45 minutes Give or take.... I took back my paperwork my insurance card and left. I will never go back I dont care if that doctor is Jesus...
I’d give zero stars if I could!This place sucks and if you think I’m crazy so say that then go there and find out for yourself! We got there for an appointment at 2:45 to fill out paperwork work and ended up walking out at 4:30 because nobody saw us. Patients there before us all went back and patients who walked in after us all got seen and we still sat there and they said nothing. I really wanted to like this practice, but the wait times are completely unacceptable. No matter what time your appointment is scheduled for, you can expect to wait at least 2–3 hours before being seen. This isn’t a one-off issue either—it seems to be a consistent problem based on many other patient experiences. The doctors themselves may be good, but the way the office is run makes it incredibly frustrating.
