I’d give zero stars if I could!This place sucks and if you think I’m crazy so say that then go there and find out for yourself! We got there for an appointment at 2:45 to fill out paperwork work and ended up walking out at 4:30 because nobody saw us. Patients there before us all went back and patients who walked in after us all got seen and we still sat there and they said nothing. I really wanted to like this practice, but the wait times are completely unacceptable. No matter what time your appointment is scheduled for, you can expect to wait at least 2–3 hours before being seen. This isn’t a one-off issue either—it seems to be a consistent problem based on many other patient experiences. Doctors are good but billing is unreasonable. I had an appointment for followup checkup, still got benched and waited for doctor for more than 1.5 hours. After that doctor was with me for just 5-10 mins and they charged me for doctor time for 30-39 mins. After calling billing department, they said they'll look into it. No answer back after that and I received final notice to pay within 15 days to avoid collection procedure.
I'm a nurse and wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctor's are great, brilliant and explain things throughly to you. They don't make you feel like a number. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.
My doctor recently retired from here - but good luck even getting to see one. This is one of the absolute worst medical practices I've been too. Poor communication, rude owners, bad systems, a disregard for patient privacy, and underwhelming hygienic standards given the type of testing they perform. Extremely frustrating to deal with - especially when they overschedule nuclear stress tests. My advice is to avoid this practice at all costs.
