Mrs. Kim is the greatest. I drive an hour every two weeks to get my brows arched. She also applies lashes. Her husband and son have great customer service as well
Not sure if this is the store’s policy or just the way management runs things, but my experience here was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being followed around the store as if I was going to steal something. The whole situation felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope management works on making customers feel more welcome in the future.
Kim always do me right. Sometimes I drive from Fayetteville to still go to her to get my eyebrows done
