Katie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. She did everything possible to help me get what I needed. You can certainly tell she comes from multi generational jeweler family. I highly recommend this store for all your jewelry needs.
Katie did a phenomenal job resizing a 100 year old ring for me! It was a family heirloom and she treated it with such a care and recommended a great wedding band to pair it with to provide additional support due to the original band being very dainty. She honored the ring by keeping it intact while also making it durable for daily wear. She skillfully bent the wedding band to go around the edge of the original ring perfectly.
