I made a noon appointment to have my tires changed, thinking that one hour would be long enough to complete the job. One hour was enough, but they didn't take my car in until 27 minutes after,. When I arrived I was not informed of any delays, nor was any explanation given. I suspect that the worker was at lunch, as I also saw him eating a sandwich while walking around the shop.
