The study itself was ok. The staff member who attended to me was very nice. That was in September 2023. I finally got a voice mail a couple of weeks ago to schedule a follow-up to discuss the results. I tried multiple times to call the clinic back, they never picked up. No one ever called me back. Today, their phone number is "temporarily unavailable". I will be contacting the Patient Ombudsman to place a formal complaint. Edit: It appears they are closed and under investigation.
The person booking appointment is has a thick Indian accent that is very hard to understand. Follow up is non existent. Have to give the clinic one star for comfy bed.
October 2023 sleep study...call various times over last couple months. Found out today...they are permanently closed and under investigation. One has to wonder if those diagnosed with sleep apnea...was it actually a credible diagnosis???!!!!
If possible to give 0 stars I would. Had study done in September of 2023, my Dr has reached out to them multiple times, no replies to any emails or phone calls, my current machine is not working and am in need of a new one, it is now April 2024 and still no work at all from this sham of a company
I did my study with this sham company on Sept 29, 2023 - in November, someone actually called me back to say the results were delayed and would expedite the results. It's now March 2024 and I have no received any results, no one responds when calling or through email. Not sure if there's an option to report them to Ohip as they are receiving payment for the "work" and not delivering. Do not use their services here in Paris or any other lab in Ontario.
