River and Maurice did a wonderful job
Deonte did a great job! Everyone was friendly and great customer service.
Brandon and River were very pleasant and efficient, and were patient with the instructions I either didn't hear or didn't follow. There was one attempt at an upsell on the oil change on a car with less than 5k miles but they weren't pushy about it. I'd guess that they are trained to try.
