We met Colin and Dean in 1999 when we moved from Colorado to the Des Moines area. Our home was the first spec home they built, and we lived there for 15 years. Throughout those years, they helped us improve the functionality of our home by enlarging and remodeling our laundry room and mudroom. Many of the original products used in the construction of the home were still performing well when we sold it years later. We had a wonderful experience building our first custom home with K&V. From our first meeting to the very end (and ongoing) their friendliness and service have been outstanding. We worked with Colin, and he made sure all of our needs were met. We were impressed with his ability to solve problems, bring our ideas to life, and provide us with his own industry knowledge and realistic big picture. Thank you K&V for building a wonderful home. We are loving our home and all of it’s finishes. Our home with built with care and quality. Building with K&V (we worked with Dean) was a smooth and efficient process. An added bonus was that K&V partnered with a design firm (Design2Build) to help us with our house selections and that process was seamless, effective and resulted in amazing finishes.
