We have used K and V to build two custom homes over the past ten years. Having built twice now, K&V was what we were looking for this time around. They have the process down- from designing the floor plan around your life to letting you know where you are on budget every step of the way, to following up with quality work. The contractors they work with have been great both during and after the build. They really put quality materials and they include things base line with their bid that makes the house more enjoyable to live in. We are incredibly happy with our home.
K & V Homes is top notch. They take pride in their work. Our project went smoothly from start to finish. There was never a delay. There was always great communication. Dean answered every question, and took care of every detail. They have great relationships with top suppliers and subs, which is big advantage to a home building project.
