I have a Ryobi lawn mower, something he doesn't work on, but he still stepped me through some ideas over the phone. Very polite and made every effort to be helpful. Wasn't going to charge me a thing so I figured at least I could do was leave a nice review online
I paid Claude twice to fully service and fix the choke on my lawn mower in less than a year and its still not running right. Now after all the money spent, he's saying he doesn't work on older equipment anymore, and refuses to help me. Its not just the money I paid him, its all the time I put into fixing this with no real fix. After the first full service, he said it will take a few pulls to start and thats normal for a 2007 machine. No its not normal. Especially with a new carburetor. Claude is absolutely brilliant. If you were modelling your business after someone you would do well to use him as a shining example of how to run a small business. He is such a pleasure to work with and went way out of his way for me and my mowers. Incredible in a day and age where AI and lousy service seem to be the new normal. Thank you Claude just doesn't quite cut it.
