Karl was brilliant, he actually looked for the source of the roof leak properly, explained why it was leaking and how he would fix it. Quote was good and lucky for me, he had a free spot at short notice and the work was done quickly. It’s just rained for 2 days and I’ve had no phone calls from the tenant so I’m really happy.
