10/10 customer service was on point. As a Polynesian female we were very nervous having someone else deal with our type of hair lol. Shakira was absolutely amazing my mum felt so loved. I had such an amazing experience here. My stylist Jodie was so kind and did such a great job with my hair. All the ladies were so lovely and radiated kindness with each client! Definitely will be booking here again.
I can’t praise K Thomas highly enough for the amazing colour correction and support this salon and this incredibly wonderful team has done for me! They have completely transformed my hair that was just absolutely butchered and just had been coloured in the most horrendous way! I've been going to K Thomas for a couple of years now. I've not had one bad experience and I've seen multiple stylists there :)
After having my hairdresser for 17 years and she closed the doors I had to find another hairdresser. Went 4 weeks ago to a new hairdresser that basically screwed up my blond and turned it into yellow! When I called K Thomas at capstone I could come in that same day, I was welcomed by the bubbly lovely staff which was amazing. Brie took me under her professional wings and did a great job. Slowly we will get the blonde back we were after. I am so happy I found a hairdresser that listen, and give professional advice.
