Great salon experience and hairdressers.
"Okay, so I'm pretty bummed to be writing this, but my last visit was a total disaster. I'd been here twice before and had good experiences, but this time? Not so much. I asked for strawberry-ginger blonde ( showed a picture from what I wanted) , and I got dark copper. I felt very unwelcome and rushed out the door. My hair looked almost the same when I walked out the door as when I came in and I didnt get the hairstyle that I wanted. I feel like the hairstylist made a lot of comments towards my hair that were uncalled for and made me feel very bad about my apperance. The brushing and hair pulling was very painful and it took a while to recover from how painful my scalp was even when I asked them to be more gentle.
Such a welcoming environment, all the staff are incredibly friendly and skilled. I was so happy with the end result. Thankyou to my stylist Shakira for the perfect service!
