Visited the nail salon for the first time on 08/23 mainly because it was the only place close that was open on a Sunday. Place is very big, clean, and elegant looking. The nail tech that did a basic manicure and pedicure on me was very nice and had was very detailed oriented. Liked that I wasn't pressured to get acrylic or gel which other salons have tried pushing me to get. Pricing was about the same as other salons but gel and regular polish was the same. I came in for a pedicure and manicure by a certain tech. She had someone walk in before me, so I asked could someone else do my manicure and I wait for the tech that I wanted to do my pedicure. Tony (the owner) told me that no other technician wanted to do my manicure because they would lose money not doing both sets. HOW DOES A NAIL TECH LOSE MONEY NOT DOING MY MANICURE IF I’M STILL PAYING FOR IT?! I sat and waited and watched them do others people nails before mine. It’s sad and unprofessional smh
Anytime I come here they do an amazing job but today was by far my worst experience. I came in for a simple French tip pedicure and a manicure. I didn’t want any designs or anything extra why did it take two hours just to get through a pedicure with a stylist that seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing at all! Nice experience overall. However the pedicure was not that great. I thought I would get a good massage and no I didn’t.Also originally the water was cold and when I asked to warm it up because I like water hot the guy just make it barley lukewarm. Not really sure what the guy did that was so expensive. He also put those paper flops on and it ended up messing up my polish and form then on it was very hard to get it to dry because it had to be redone twice and it still wasn’t fixed. HOWEVER ! Brought my 11 year old daughter in for a pedicure yesterday. I didn’t notice before we left, but her nails were left very long and cut unevenly. The gel polish also was not applied to her whole nail and is splotchy in places.
