The lady who did my nails was so rude and hateful from the start. When she was filing the old polish down, she didn’t even get it all off. She was drilling my nails and I kept jumping because she kept drilling my nails down to the point it was painful. On my right ring finger, she drilled my actual nail down to where it was bleeding and I could see the actual nail bed. terrible job. nails chipped after a couple days and kept popping off. good customer service they just don’t do a very good job.
I go here regularly to get my eyebrows waxed and for pedicures. Typically they always do a great job…I went in last Friday for a pedicure, the male owner did my pedicure and made 2 of my toes bleed, one is still very sore. Not great service to say the least. I’ll probably go elsewhere from now on for pedicures. Eyebrows though, always on point..she does a great job
