I called the man for a week before he responded ... should have been my first clue ... it took him a total of 4 trips to my house over a 2 week period to actually "fix" my heat ... did things he didn't discuss with me first, quoted me $180, charged me $240 and still didn't fix the heat/air and even argued with us that it was indeed fixed and there was just a "time delay"!!!! It is still not blowing in the house. I guess I'm going to have to suck it up and actually call a professional to come out to fix it if he didn't screw ... read more
