Several times I've come to this location for a deep tissue massage, and all the attendants I've encountered with have all been excellent. This location is very clean, professional experience and comfortable. The staff members are polite and friendly which makes me feel relaxed and worth repeating going back again and again. I would recommend to people looking to have a great massage.
My back and calf ache due to regular exercise, so I decided to go to the K&T spa for a massage. To my surprise, Betty, my masseuse, made me feel very welcome. She asked me what kind of pressure I wanted and kept asking if it was appropriate. Is the air conditioner normal? Her work is very professional and charming. My massage therapist was very inexperienced. She did not seem to even know the basic concept of massaging muscle and not bone. She spoke such limited English that simple instructions such as "less pressure" or "that hurts" were not understood. She was very kind and ambitious to help, but she tried to do things that really require communication (and proper training). How did she not notice me tensing up and wincing in pain?
