I work here. They have been great with me in the field and in the shop. The office ladies are amazing and helpful as well.
They don't answer the phone first of all it just keeps repeating itself over and over and says if you would like to speak to a receptionist press 0 then when you do it says your call can not be transferred. Don't have a receptionist then. Bad for business.
Will work you to death with not one care about you or your well being! If you get hurt at work they will deny workman's comp/play stupid about you being hurt even though you provide proof that you are injured! Do not work for KT! They will take full advantage of you then throw you out!
