Bad to Worse! Unprofessional, Incompetent in VW knowledge, Deceitful. Took my car to Urbs for a 'check engine light' fix. It was my first time going there. It was in their shop for 3 days. They told me there was an electrical problem and they had to remove the wiring harness to locate the issue. Picked up the car, it appeared fine.
