Waited patiently just to be told my appointment was canceled. Way to go with new clients
Very bad experience with Kristina J. I sent her my hair pictures and reference, but the result was nothing like what I asked for. She didn’t communicate during the process and just applied color all over instead of the technique shown in the reference(like foil for dimension). She had a lot of attitude, didn’t feel welcoming, and didn’t even offer basic service like water. At the end, she refused to take a picture of my hair and told me to just check in the mirror. I regret to say that my experience was disappointing. The service did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and overall result. I would recommend taking extra care to ensure consistency and client satisfaction in the future. I’m not sure how they’re still in business.
