I would absolutely recommend against renting here. It is extremely disgusting and under maintained. Management is horrifically rude and useless as is maintenance. Please rent at nice places in Berkeley like StoneFire, the Dwight or Parker really anywhere else except here if you don’t want to hate yourself.
