They answered the phone Immediately when I called, the unit is large, wall seams and door are mouse proof, and I think the other review about not being able to turn a truck around has other issues because the lanes are 20+ feet wide. Much better quality than the last unit I rented, closer to town, and same price.

Terrible customer service. I rented 2 storage units for over a year. I finally got around to clearing them out and so I wanted to cancel. Couldn't find a way online or on my account so I called them. I was told that they would cancel. 3 weeks later I get a notification for a withdrawal from my account. I tried to call multiple times after and I was ignored. Left a message and called 2 more times, no one could help me. Still waiting for them to call me back and cancel my service at the time of writing this.

Totally impractical. There's positively NO room to actually turn around any standard-sized moving truck, vehicle w/ attached trailer, or even a mid-sized truck without substantial difficulty or potential risk of vehicle or structural damage - requiring liberal use of reverse just to actually exit the premises. The lady who rented the storage unit to us was very helpful , polite,knowledgeable and accommodating. Facility was clean and secure. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
