Kent did an incredible job; he literally saved my house from ruin after a boiler/hot water heat system failed in mid winter while the house was unoccupied that caused severe water damage. He had people there first thing the next morning removing wet hardwood flooring and getting the furnace functioning again, and continued making necessary repairs as soon as was possible.
