We had Reece undertake our new build inspection after practical completion yesterday afternoon. Reece is an absolute professional did an amazing job for us picked up a lot of defective issues on the new build. How our builder is still in business is beyond me after Reece’s thorough inspection. I would highly recommend Kspec for anyone’s final inspection of their new builds thank you Reece once again. Clay & Vicki
I used KSPEC for every building stage inspection and recently had Practical Completion (PC) stage completed a couple of weeks ago. KSPEC were good for the first few stages, however, they dropped the ball with the PC inspection. There are visual building items that I have identified (unpainted area, gaps in skirting boards etc.) less than two weeks later that KSPEC missed to report on. K-Spec Building Consultants are a truly highly credible building Inspection company. They provide there customers with the best possible experience and service. We have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring & friendly. They come highly recommended.
I was recommended to use kspec from a family member...and regret using them. The inspector kspec used for our build in Melbourne was mediocre. There ware areas he never inspected due to it being "taped off" by the builder and now we have issues in those areas. Never even bothered to recommend another inspection but were quick to invoice for a "completed" inspection
