Dropped off 2 rings for quotes to replace a diamond that had come out of each of them. Took nearly 3 weeks for the quotes which were almost triple the price of the actual rings themselves. When i picked them up one of the rings had another diamond missing on top of the one that was missing which was very much in it when I took it in. Absolutely disgusting. So disappointed, terrible service. Do not recommend.
Absolutely fantastic, I was greeted with a smile and the professionalism was refreshing their honestly is second to none I put in for repair my watch and have utmost confidence in the service that I will receive
My Loginees watch had stopped so I took it to a watch repairer who told me the main spring was broken & needed to be replaced appropriate cosy $245 to fix with no garuantee the watch would work. I googled Longines repairers & K Smith & Son Jewellers were located close to where I live. I took my watch to them on a Saturday morning nor expecting they would say the watch just needs to be wound & moved daily due to it been a kinetic watch which required this done to keep it working. This is the best jewellery store i have ever come across, run by two extremely kind ladies, i have vintage Patek philippe Calatrava, and due to windning issues the minute hand falls off, pretty much every jewellers rejects to fix it, except the K Smith and Sons, they took full responsibility of the watch by not using the mail service, they personally took the watch themselves to there watch repair to get it fixed, at a very nominal price….
