I rarely write reviews but the experience was a disappointing one. I was a new client coming in for a last minute root touch up. Right when I sat on the chair, the main stylist quickly looked at my roots and left to mix the colour. There was no communication whatsoever. She came back and started applying the colour right away along with the assistant. It was all happening so quickly. I just had to ask what colour she chose. She replied " oh it's not that dark." I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. I used to be a regular when my old stylist was there, but they left, so I tried someone new. From the start, communication in English was a struggle, and the stylist even had to ask someone else to translate. I showed them multiple pictures and made it extremely clear that I didn’t want my hair cut shorter because I was happy with the length.
