Incredible practice to improve mobility, expand ranges of motions and lubricate the joints. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to move their body, not just athletes. Movement is medicine and Alex Famodu is the most welcoming, prepared and skilled kinstretch instructor I have ever met!
Great class to improve mobility as an athlete or someone to improve over all well being. Alex is an excellent coach and leader. Is open to suggestions and feedback. Highly recommend.
