Set an appointment online and got the confirmation. Arrived 15 minutes early and was acknowledged by who I believe was the owner, and waited for over a half an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I then mentioned I had an appointment; only to be told that she would not have time for it that day and that she meant to have blocked off the remaining appointment slots online.
