This company did an exceptional job for our 4 units at Mallards Cove in Medina.. They worked tirelessly for us in bad weather for an emergency water main leak. They had to excavate and located other leaks and a sink hole. Their 4 days of getting us back to work with water was fast and appreciated. The staff and technicians at K&S are amazing. They did their best to fit me on the schedule only to be stopped by the tornadoes and power outages. When the power came back my issue became a city issue so although they were not officially needed, how they handled the situation will make them my first call every time.
I called Sean when I had issues with underground gutter drains. He snaked a camera through the drain, found the problem and cleared it in no time at all for a very reasonable price. I don't need to call anyone else ever again. He's my go-to plumber from now on!
Sean with K & S Mechanical Plumbing & Drain is absolutely wonderful. He does a great job, the pricing is fair and he is so pleasant to work with. I recommend Sean with K & S Plumbing to all my friends and family. His wife, Karen is wonderful to work with too!
