Thank you very much for the Vailant EcoTECplus boiler Alister installed at the house I have rented for many years. It's proving to be excellent at heating radiators and water system. Easy to adjust temperature and turn on and off from the remote or on the boiler itself. Very quiet. A 2 day job, but well worth it. He left it all so clean too. Just a small ask. Could you reinstate the tap used for watering my garden plants in hot weather? Our summers are getting so much hotter now! Kind regards PB.
Have been using them for boiler service and maintenance for 5 years. Have never let us down - probably not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
We had a boiler breakdown late one Saturday evening during December 2022 cold snap. Many local heating engineers falsely advertise a 24/7 'Emergency Service' - text or call and no one answers, if they do it's often much later and with bad news, they simply don't want the work.
