Kirsten and her team came to lend a hand when our cleaner had a personal tragedy. She already had a busy schedule and, in spite of this, was eager to be of service to someone in need. She came right out, assessed the property and said she would support our circumstance. She was professional, clearly communicated throughout, and gave me an update after cleaning. I have been a K’s cleaner customer for nearly two years. My place is used as a high end short term rental with many amenities.
