Got alterations done here and they are great!! Great prices and friendly staff!
I am looking to get in contact with someone from this business as soon as possible. I checked in today midday to pick up a military uniform and they said to come after 5pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and they were closed and no one is answering the phone. This is really unprofessional to give me a time and not hold their end of the agreement. It’s important that I pick up this uniform today or tomorrow.
First time here and when i tell you they get the job done, they get it done. Had a nasty butter stain on a polyester jacket and they got it out for a good price
Highly recommend. I received superb customer service and saw other regular customers come in and the professional rapport they have with the staff was evident. My garment was ripped on the seam where the zipper is attached. They were able to fix it within mintues. I will defiinitely continue to do business with KS.
Did a great job on removing wrinkles and stains from a prom dress. Great people.
