Karl is the best. I accidentally dinged a woman's car in the SUNY parking lot. I left her a note, and since the damage wasn't bad sent her to Karl for an estimate. She emailed me after the appointment extremely pleased with the service. Karl was polite n friendly and was able to buff the scratch out that morning. It could have been a huge hassle but he saved the day! I always recommend him to friends and family.
