I needed a rooftop air conditioner unit for a project I'm working on. I called K RV and was on a tight timeline. They were incredibly helpful and got me the ac unit I needed that they had in stock. Excellent staff that are incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any rv related or trailer needs
Highly recommend! I have an older trailer thats tough to find parts for. I went there with a discontinued door latch in a million peices in a box hoping for some help. They found me a latch had it shipped in and its a perfect fit. Super nice people to talk with and I greatly appreciate the effort they put in to get me all fixed up!
Horrible customer service and very angry disrespectful owner / tech. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I should have listened to my neighbor who had the same experience when he needed a repair for his RV from this place. Stay away is all I can say. Yikes
