Party of 6, waited 10 min after being seated and nobody arrived to take a drink order or anything, despite waitstaff activity all around us. The wife and I visited Kō for dinner on Easter Sunday. It was unequivocally the best dining experience we've had on Maui. The venison longanisa lumpia was fantastic! I was absolutely blindsided by how flavorful the kalo laulau with coconut shoyu was. Inside the carefully (and beautifully) wrapped ti leaves were some of the most perfectly cooked vegetables I've had. The shoyu sauce was perfectly savory, rich, and tangy.
