If I could give 10 stars I would. We needed a new water heater installed to complete the sale of our home in Cocoa. Our realtor recommended K&R plumbing. They came out with the water heater, installed it, and left the place spotless. The service person was so polite and even tolerated our dogs! My mother set an appointment for 1130 am and the plumber never showed up. After numerous calls, we still don't know where he got lost to. No calls from the office to explain why or where he is. 90 minutes later he shows up and is told by the office not to work on the problem due to the poor review. Let that sink in for a minute....
