I received an estimate to replace my entire outdoor well. When all i needed fixed was a leak. I was told I would get two estimates, one for the repair and one for the entire system. Fair, you want to up sale. You never delivered the estimate for the repair. K&R reached out to make things right, an honest company.

Thought wax seal on toilet had failed causing water to leak. Matt from K & R showed me why I'm not a Plummer. Matt found a leak in the supply line and quickly replaced it. All dry now! Great Job, you will be first call when I have any future problems.

We've used K & R twice now, and both times Chris has taken care of us. We feel Chris deserves special mention for the jobs he did. Obviously he was helpful because he fixed our problems, but he was also friendly and communicative, explaining what he was doing and what was going on. He even sweeped our floor when he was done! So we say thanks, Chris, and thanks, K & R! Definitely recommend.
