Determined to solve all issues as they arise. Friendly, after sales service, with a real customer focus. My Gratitude to the team. I recommend to all.
We originally had our heat pump installed by K & R and had no issues. For a year now I have been calling and trying to book for someone to come and give us an estimate to upgrade that system and 3 times now they have lost my name on their list and never showed up or called back. Their competitors came to give us estimates within a week. Cannot recommend K&R due to being so unreliable and non communicative.
