These folks are so kind. They helped my wife get something done on her car and she came home so thankful she met them. I can’t recommend this place enough!
One of those neighborhood auto shops you hope to have nearby: friendly, un-pushy guys who offer transparent service without a bunch of needless upsell. My issue was explained to me, the (low) charges broken down in advance, and my car, quickly repaired. This is my new go-to shop in the Greater Heights.
These guys do GREAT work! They also give AWESOME customer service.... They are honest and fix what needs to be fixed w/out trying to upsell. They fixed a broken something that makes the brake lights shut off when the car is not on.... Who knew, I didn't, but they did! They not only repaired the broken something but went above & beyond what could be expected, of any business that was closing for the evening! K & R Auto Repair goes above and beyond!! My car unexpectedly didn't start and I had to get it towed to a convenient mechanic. Casro and Sammy spent extra time diagnosing the problem (not battery), fixed it well, communicated with me during the process, and even lubricated some rusty wheels at no extra charge! Casro explained what the problem was, how they fixed the car, and gave me a very fair price, even though I was desperate and didn't know much about cars.
