went to this shop to get a quote. Waited a week with no quote. Owner is the painter and didn't have time to check the work his reception did. usually works week ends to do office work but this last weekend was his wife's birthday so he didn't have time to get my quote done that is actually over an $8,000 job and their competitor was happy for the work and I am getting it done elsewhere. the worst service I have ever had. Also told me that all the other shops would take just as long or longer. Not true
Hansers towed my car to them under false pretenses. Erin or whoever the lady was seemed helpful at first. I'm sure its the old greedy men talking through and behind her like they always do. Total lack of communication. They charged me 700$ and refused to let me get my daughters car seat until it was paid. Stay at home mom with 2 kids and they've had me out of a car for almost 3 months now. First "lost my parts" then "can't get people to fix it" always a new excuse when I can get them to answer my calls. Lost my business.. it's been 2 years on my boyfriends interior with no intentions of them fixing, I'm sure.
Waited 11.5 moths to have my wife’s car repaired. Kept saying they were waiting on parts. Have waited 18 moths for my truck to be repaired. Now they have totally ghosted me. Talked with a body shop in Great Falls and they said they are getting a lot of business for this reason. “K&R can’t get parts” he said that’s an excuse. Won’t be back.
Waited 5 months for a repair. No communications except the ones I initiated. At the end of 5 months, they had not purchased one part for my repairs.
