KRA is average at best. I had a 15 plus year relationship, and with the benefit of both hindsight and experience with a new agency that has courteous and clear communications, I regret my extended relationship with KRA. But that is water under the bridge now. If you are in need of insurance services, i suspect you can do better, particularly given the lack of any other recent reviews of KRA.
I recently switched all my disability and life Insurance to Adam at KRA. Best decision I ever made. His customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend !!!
KRA is a great company with seasoned workers and outstanding service. I am very comfortable with KRA! I had a slight increase ($7+) in my home insurance premium and contacted Lisa Cruz for clarification on the increase. She was so professional in painstakingly explaining the reason(s) for the change in a satisfactory manner. Our family has worked with Matt Jacobs and Lisa Cruz across all of our insurance needs from homeowners to umbrella to auto for many, many years and we always find them to be super helpful and responsive. They also keep an eye on our policies and find us savings whenever they can.
