I put one star in order to leave a comment but I prefer 0 star. I called the office today in Austin men to check when are they fixing our water heater. It’s been not working till the flooding. They message me saying there getting new parts but until today no word or whatsoever. For so many “various reasons” do not rent from K Properties or Round Two LLC. They requested a fee to be paid for them marketing the house online before move in, so many other crazy requirements to move in, they require $100 payments for maintenance to come to fix anything on their own property, they told us (in January 2024) we could renew our lease or go month to month once the lease was up (May 2024) and to expect a renewal offer in April 2024. I really don't have anything bad to say about the management as just the one bedroom apartment I did see was really surprising it was in a trailer park and it was like 30 minutes away from Austin and it really wasn't worth going that far for but other than that I'm still looking for an apartment and they do have me on the list was something comes up that gives me a call and I really like that about the the management
I rent a nice, reasonably priced 4 bedroom house in a good neighborhood. Been there for a year now. The company allows pets, which is hard to find in Austin. We haven't needed maintenance often but when we did they fixed the issue quickly, did good work, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Management is easy to contact through their email or phone number. Definitely recommend!
Not a good experience at all. Do not rent from them.
