Awful management company. The office is a complete mess when you walk in, papers and items scattered everywhere. The man working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted on running a credit check before even allowing me to see the apartment. When I asked about their process, his exact response was: “This is the way we do business. If I could give 0 stars I could. They discriminate against working people with vouchers, trying to get more money and make side deals. Also, the broker is the landlord so BEWARE!! Stay away from this realty. He will start the process with you, make you believe everything its done properly, until they refuse to submit documents until you PAY FIRST.
It was very hard for me to find anyone renting apartments during covid. I was very fortunate and blessed to have found Kumar who was kind and understanding. The building was always clean and the rent was reasonable. I am very grateful to have known him.
