I booked an online appointment and confirmed that they accept new patients. I received an appointment confirmation email. 10 days after, they called me, rejected my appointment and mentioned: "We do not accept new patients". They added: "We informed you through the patient portal"! This was surprising since there was no patient portal (how could I have, if I was not even a current patient); also, why I did receive a confirmation email?
I was a patient of Dr. Kewalramani for several years and while the demeanor was generally pleasant, there were occasions when the communication style felt condescending. Ultimately, this led to a feeling that my perspectives were not adequately considered, and that my ability to advocate for myself was compromised. My autonomy and preferences felt disregarded. Consequently, I made the choice to seek care from a different provider - a decision that has proven beneficial to me.
Extremely rude front office staff. She literally yelled at me. Very disappointed. p.s- nobody asked you to lie to insurance i was trying to understand what covers and how does it work as it is my first time but looks like you assumed that i asked you to lie, WOW. Absolute jerk behaviour. Learn to be kind to poeple.
This doctor wants the easiest money with least amount of concern for the patient.
