I had a major drainage issue in front of my garage: every rain turned my driveway into a lake that flooded straight inside. US Asphalt fixed it perfectly. They re-graded the area, installed a discreet channel drain, and repaved with the proper slope. Now water flows cleanly to the street—no more puddles, no more garage flooding, even in heavy downpours. The new asphalt looks brand new and seamless. Crew was on time, professional, and left the place spotless. Fair price, zero surprises. Highly recommend!
Hired US Asphalt to rip out three huge oak trees and their massive stumps and pave a heavy duty driveway and parking pad. The new asphalt looks great. Nice and thick perfectly graded, no puddles, and rugged enough to handle our heavy trucks. Al the owner ran the job himself. These guys did a fantastic job. We had a very bumpy cracked, messed up parking lot before, which we wanted replaced and also expanded. They tore up the old pavement, and it turned out there was no foundation underneath (it was just laid on top of dirt which is why it ended up so messed up). They dug out a big layer of dirt (including removing a number of giant rocks / boulders!), laid down a great foundation, and re-paved with road-quality asphalt. Us Asphalt his team did an excellent job resurfacing our court here at the Great Association. They also prepared the base for our new packing lotThey finished everything in one day. They'll be back in a few weeks to paint the lines for basketball and street hockey. I highly recommend them!
