Mr. Pedro Woss seems very cooperative & Nice but unfortunately he does not stay focused the way a good agent is supposed to, he doesn’t answer calls , texts or emails. Unfortunately AFTER submitting an offer for a property he listed in woodhaven, queens ny that's when things took a turn for the worst. He kept saying he would follow up with his sellers in regards to my initial offer and would keep me updated, but instead has given me the run around for months now, Ignoring my calls, texts & emails, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
