They charged me $6000 to fix a simple door issue that was no more than $2k maybe $3k. I paid them $4000 up front. It took them over 4 months to fix my car. I needed my car to take my children from school to home which Jorge was aware of. These are professional scam artists be careful I own a Range Rover & I received a business card from my neighbor stating some man was asking if I was selling my Range Rover truck (it doesn’t have a for sale sign on it) I called it to speak to the owner he tell me someone stole his front bumper off his Range Rover and it’s currently in the shop how much would I sell mine for? Contacted State Farm's roadside assistance for a tow. Informed the assigned tow truck driver that the Good Year shop was awaiting my SUV's arrival and that they closed at 5pm. From 12:45pm until 4:50pm the driver lied about his ETA constantly. He arrived walked pass me without a HELLO or apology for his extreme tardiness. I informed him that the tire shop was closing so the truck would need to be towed to a different location, which was 5mins from my house had he bothered to inquire. Don't bring your car hete the guy the owner George Lopez is a thief insurance pays for my car and he keeps my car for two months and don't fix it also he charge me for my parts and never return the parts the new parts he is a totally thief don't under any circumstances bring your car to fix to this dealer is a getting place the people there are getting the owner is a bad person he hangs up on you never picks the phone for you and always hiding so that you don't ask for your car I don't understand why insurances work for this... read more
