My family and I were camping in Valemount for the Labour Day long weekend and 15 minutes into our drive home, I hit a sharp rock and popped my tire. As it was a stat holiday, there were no stores open and we were in quite a panic at the thought of driving almost 500km home on a donut (nevermind how long that would have taken with a max speed of 80kph!). We found ourselves stranded on the highway when our boat trailer blew a bearing—on a stat holiday, no less. The nearby Lordco store didn’t have the parts or info we needed, and things were looking grim. But then came K.P., a true legend. Despite being 90 years old, this incredible man went above and beyond. He tapped into his network, found the exact parts through a friend, and got us back on the road. Thank you so much again for helping me get my tires on during the holidays. I will never forget this shop, for helping me during an emergency. Not only do they do their best to help, they also do a very great Job. Can’t say enough good things about this shop and the people in it!!

Some idiot told me they could do a job, spent hundreds of dollars to have equipment brought out to there location. When I contacted them a day and a half later he told me he couldn't do the job, and that he tried. I questioned him about the money spent to have the equipment brought out there. He just said 'that's the cost of business'. Waste of money and time, better not get a bill for work he 'tried to do'..
