Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish, Natalie provided excellent customer service, kept me updated all the time with emails and text messages regarding the service call , fantastic service. On the day of the installation I received a text message, the plumber Todd, arrived on time , very friendly and professional, did a fantastic job decommissioning my old gas hot water system, taking out all the old pipes , also disconnected my gas stove and took it away as well, and installed my new electric hot water system.... read more
Steve replied to my message at 8:40 on Monday morning about my hot water system not working. By 10:00 we had a crew member on site emptying the tank and by 10:30 a new tank arrived ready for installation. The install was finished by 2:00 and we were all able to have hot showers again tonight. The guys did a great job on the installation and left the place immaculate.
