We had a great experience with K-One. This is a family-run business, so the customer service was very personal. The communication was wonderful. The team did a great job of taking our feedback during the design process, and worked within our budget needs. Our neighbors also complimented their professionalism and sensitivity to the impact on the neighborhood. The overall experience was way easier than I'd expected- we would recommend this company and would happily work with them in the future.
