K-One did a 1-room addition and new bathroom for our home. The signed contract through final inspection took about 17 months. There were delays, some errors, and some inconsistent/misleading communications. When they strayed from the signed plans, they didn't coordinate with us for input. We had a great experience with K-One. This is a family-run business, so the customer service was very personal. The communication was wonderful. The team did a great job of taking our feedback during the design process, and worked within our budget needs. Our neighbors also complimented their professionalism and sensitivity to the impact on the neighborhood. The overall experience was way easier than I'd expected- we would recommend this company and would happily work with them in the future.
