First time he turned up. 2nd time I sat waiting for 90mins and he didn't show up. So I texted him. He replied sorry I'm ill. So unprofessional. You don't run a business like this. If you are ill or can't make it you let them know. I rearranged elderly clients to sort my car out that day. I will not use him again as I don't trust him now to turn up or let me know if he can't make it. You won't keep clients if you don't let them know you are not bothering to turn up!! Kris is an excellent mechanic and a really good guy. Always goes the extra mile to get the job done properly
Kris came straight away that day and got out my egr valve that someone else said they couldn't shift, he did it! He also did some other work on my car and got it back on the road again. Reliable, honest and very reasonable. Would recommend!
Kriss was fantastic came out as an emergency and went way and beyond to fix the problem. Would recommend anytime
