Highly recommend. Talked to Ken and explained what I wanted and needed for my new garage. Easy to communicate with. Staff (Bill and Billie) installed was great and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up after the job was finished. County inspection went smoothly. Ken followed up with a phone call the next day to see if everything was I what I wanted.
Had an emergency call. Brandi in the office had Bill over within the hour and he was quick and efficient! Thank you guys!
KO Electric is a great company. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and on time. Ken the owner returned our call, met with us and came out on the job site . Needless to say we have used them 3 times.They are trustworthy and do a great job. We highly recommend them you won't be disappointed.

This past Sunday I contacted K. O. Electric Inc. via email about my AC & heat thermostat was installed incorrectly, it was 1:30am when I forwarded the email and sure enough the owner ( Ken ) contacted me around 9am or so Sunday and I explained the situation to him. Ken asked for my home address via text, after confirmation of receiving my address, Ken texted me back with a window between 9am -10am for a technician to arrive.
